As long as you have acess to a welder and an angle grinder it's pretty easy.

The insides of a Lupo back box, atleast mine, looks like this from above.

All that was done was the end with tail pipe on was cut off around the seem, (this leaves a good amount of metal to weld it all back together) the exit pipe was cut so it sits just in side the first baffle, the entry pipe was opened up (mine had a nice split down it all ready) and the top baffel was cut 80% out.

My Dad and I needed to give the tail pipe section a good wiggle to break the welds holding it to the baffels.

Weld the top back on and you're good to go.

If you can get it, exhaust sealer/cement is a good idea. My Dad just so happened to have some from the same company that made the back box.

You could cut more of the pipes out to make it louder, I went for a pretty subtle approach.

I reckon if you know what you're doing you could have it done in a day.

Took a couple hours here and there over the bank holiday weekend for my Dad and I as we where going in blind.
