I'd guess they were something like 185/50/14s in which case you can probably get some Yokohamas if you were after more dry grip, might be safer with continentals or something more progressive and grippier in the wet and snow if it's for your wife though. Crusoe Posted February 23, 2004 Report Share Posted February 23, 2004 If it was me i'd go for the Yoko A539's but they would wear faster and have less grip in bad weather, Dunlop SP2000s will last a long time and be reasonably grippy on most surfaces, Continental had better results in the wet if I remember correctly but are average on most of the other tests.
