Just make sure you get the BLACK vented lids and not the yellow lids as the yellow lids can't be adjusted. With the yellow lids the fragrance is way too strong and runs out quickly!The black ones allow you to control the fragrance much better and as a result, they last much longer! My favorite? JoeA Posted March 29, 2012 Report Share Posted March 29, 2012 If any of you have an old california scents gel pot, you can bring them back to life if your gel has shrunk to a little dry disc.We just poured abit of boiling water in, and put the california can on the stove, obviously take off the plastic lid. You may get sooty build up on the bottom, but the ink on the side etc doesn't burn. Boil it, simmer it for ages and then leave it.
