And I am just saying if the situation arose that your roof came off, you chopped some metal away, replaced the roof and glass, it would be awesome. :P

(sounds so easy when you say it like that! :( )

hence the reason for this post ;):D

i nedd to know what it looks like before i break out a still saw :lol: but not until my mk2s ready rollin ;)

Here's a quick job. did'nt know what you ment by the exhaust so i just did this. excuse the detail around the windows i'll do it later when i have more time

nice one buddy, better than what i could have done barin in mind im better at the real thing rather than virtual lol

anyone know anywhere thatll cut glass :D

I'm not feeling it t all Micky mate.. the A pillars would be a nightmare to get looking right and the lights look too big

just finish your Golfy first mate :lol:

Roof chops are generally only doable on cars with flat glass: beetle, land rover fiat panda (the old one!) and so on...

You'll not be able to get the glass made. It/s not a goer.
