Mr ColinG Posted August 4, 2008 Report Share Posted August 4, 2008 Right folks, little update for ya, recieved a letter from VWFestival as follows:Club Stand ConfirmationClub members without tickets will not be able to display on your stand - no exceptionsTimetableSaturday10am Club cars show entry5-6pm Club members can move to campsiteSunday8am Club cars show entry8am Club cars move from campsite to Club StandsPlease enter the show as a full group of carsI have all the clubstand tickets so will need to meet everyone before we go in, Any locals like to suggest somewhere, Unless you want to come up to Aberdeen for your tickets. Mr ColinG Posted August 6, 2008 Report Share Posted August 6, 2008 (edited) Another little updateDear Club Stand organisersJust a quick email to confirm how to access your club stand over the weekend.When are you coming?Please email us back and let us know what day your club is coming so we can put your club in the relevant position on the show field.SaturdayThe club stands are open from 10am - 6pm. If you are wanting to move your car to the campsite from the club stand, you can only do so between 5pm and 6pm. After that there is no vehicle movement on the main show field. Please dont head straight for the campsite and then try to get your car onto the club stand. The campsite is massive and there is room for everyone. Club cars CAN be left on the club stands on the saturday night.SundayThe club stands open at 8am. If you are camping on the saturday night, please get to your stand nice and early to save on queuing. You can use the access road between the campsite and the main show field.
