I won them for ÂŁ155 on eGay :)

I'll be looking around for a spare one too.

Just gotta play the waiting game and hope that he replies now as people on eBay seem to become unresponsive when things sell cheap

Powerflex already produce this insert kit in a Yellow poly urethane (which is slightly harder) However on the TDI's t...his increases the level of vibration through the cabin quite significantly.

A friend has a Fiesta diesel with Group N engine mounts.

ZOMG vibrations.

  • 5 months later...

As some of you may be aware, Since buying my house, finding a girlfriend and striving through an easy life drinking single malt and listening to good music, I've still managed to find the time to continue on my modification warpath...

The Bora has had the Front wishbone bushes upgraded to the 'Superpro' offering. Not only are they Australian (which makes them cool) but they are also better both in design, longevity and construction than the powerflex alternatives!!!

I've also decided to scrap the standard rear brake setup in favour of TT Quattro Mk1 rear calipers, ECS Caliper adapters and Tarox F2000 discs with Strada pads and Tarox Road/Race fluid :)

The difference is quite simply sublime... I mean... F**k me the difference overall is unreal!

Thanks for reading :) More updates soon but probably only minor things in future due to something known as a Mortgage.

Proof that Modifying doesn't stop for Life, Love or Lack of Funds...
