so as you all know we all tripped up to Ross' place to help out Matt aka essexloop fitting his coilovers

Ross was the foreman and barked orders out, although `no-one` else seemed to do what he wanted so he fitted em himself MVC00098.JPG border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" class="linked-image" />

after fiddling for about twenty minutes he realised that the new strut needed certain parts off the old strut

yup using a nut gun us better than ya fingers mate MVC00100.JPG border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" class="linked-image" />

this is what the fk looks like when you get it outta the box

MVC00101.JPG border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" class="linked-image" />

with the bearing located in place

MVC00102.JPG border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" class="linked-image" />

and the rubber mount

MVC00103.JPG border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" class="linked-image" />

stick it back in the car, replace the top washer and nut

MVC00104.JPG border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" class="linked-image" />

insert them two bolts , lightly tighten and you will feel you can adjust the wheel camber by holding the top and bottom of the disk and pulling either top or bottom , (you will need to take the car in for wheel alignment) once the desired camber is set tighten like Ross does .. tighten till it strips quarter turn back MVC00105.JPG border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" class="linked-image" />

do the other side

MVC00107.JPG border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" class="linked-image" />

lower the car and admire MVC00106.JPG border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" class="linked-image" />

MVC00108.JPG border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" class="linked-image" />
