dizzy Posted March 27, 2007 Report Share Posted March 27, 2007 (edited) I am looking to get my GTI Chipped.I was very close to getting it done, when a guy at work had his Passat done (I know its probably different for other cars)but his is now really jolty and doesnt produce the power evenly, - just in one go. i was hoping you may be able to share your experience and let me know if there is anyone good to use, or any type of chip maybe?Just a little aprehencive with my new little car!!Ta!! Dubya Posted March 28, 2007 Report Share Posted March 28, 2007 That's the whole point of a remap - you tune your modded motor for peak performance.However, there's no point in remapping your Gti if the motor is stock, as you wont gain anything from it.
