lunalupi
I take mine to my local garage in Larkhall (know, surprisingly enough, as Larkhall Garage) - its only a little place, but they know us and the work seems good style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> Cost me just under £200 for a cambelt change and 60k service - without the water pump though (had it done later when i had more money, and a few other bits to do), which I imagine would cost a bit extra.Theres lots around though, so you can take a look at a few and pick one that looks/sounds good... lunalupi
Depends if your car is lowered - if its standard, most of the tyre places can do camber (I used Hi-Q last time, expensive, but it was an emergency). If its lowered, they may not be able to fit the equipment under the arches, and you'll need to try somewhere like Bath Performance Cars - which is very expensive!I always get mine done up here in Leicester now (£25ish a time), and just hope it doesn't need doing again till I'm back. Theres a derth of places in Bath it seems...
LoopyLing
Motor Services Bath (who i guess you're on about) have been really cool dealing with my sisters Polo. They give her lifts to work when she drops her car in for services and are only a tad more expensive than the small, local garages. According to her, very friendly and sorted the niggles with her car out really quickly.

lunalupi
How much lowered? You may just need to go round a few places and get them to try....Bath Performance Cars were going to charge me £80 to sort out my alignment!! style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="blink.gif" /> So I went an had Hi-Q squidge their alignment stuff under my arches and do it, so I'd recommend going to a few places firstThats the one thing about Larkhall Garage - no courtesy car, unless you specially specially request it...last time my mums car was in their the courtesy car was a J reg Golf (which someone crashed into, thankyou very much style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" /> ), and before that it was an ancient Fiat Uno style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> Edited March 17, 2007 by lunalupi
