Babs
Looking at Audi A3 Quattros... obviously there's a lot to go wrong, and I can't afford to go replacing Haldex systems, so been looking at warrenties.Anyone had any experience? bossjohnc
Yep, they can be good if you get the right ones... make sure you know what's included/excluded before you go ahead. If you're thinking about failure of a particular part, it's a good idea to ask about some 'what if' scenarios. They usually exclude anything over a certain age or 100,000 miles regardless.Mondial are pretty good, although not the cheapest. Babs
some I've looked at seem to include a lot, and I've got quotes for the A3 Quattro, and they include the turbo, and the 4wd system, including all drive shafts, CV joints etc£589 from some place lol
Black Lupo
mum owns an S3... currently selling it actually as she has a new S3 on order... only major problem she's had is when dads left the interior light on over night and had to get audi out to let us back into the car.other than that no problems... she's had it for 5 years style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
bossjohnc
The warranties that make exclusions are the ones to get, e.g. "everything is covered except for..."The warranties which only include certain parts are generally worthless.
