And you expect to keep it in between the green stuff?

I was just about the say the exact same thing.

I don't think you should consider one of those Crusoe, unless you've got a death wish. I bet at some point you'd take it for granted and it'd bite you.

I can see a book being run for how long it takes for you to land that thing in a hedge.

Nice colour though but prepare to be the most hated person on the road and embarrased to be driving it at times.

I want to hate it, but I can't. You'd feel a complete tit driving it though.

Your next car I'm sure of it!

And you expect to keep it in between the green stuff?

Well, Actually it was a Griffith Roadster!

It was so unreliable and demanding when it worked..I'd never buy a supercar again!

I had a Porsche 944 turbo too!

did look at a grif 500 a while back, quite reasonable to insure and the rover v8 should be easy enough to work on you'd think. Lots of overheating problems i hear though.

Not the case unfortunatly.

My boss used to run a workshop, whos supervisor had a TVR Griffin.

The Timing chain had a sproket tensioner that had a oil pipe from the block, into the timing casing through this sproket.

The seal always leaks, so pissed all over the engine.

They removed the radiator and changed this sproket.

Couple of days later it started to leak again.

They ordered another sproket from Blackpool, and did the repair again.

This time the repair held out, but less than a week later he wrote the car off! lol

When I had Mine I was given a 6mth Warranty, After Returning 12 times within 3 mths the chap made a remarkable statement.."This isn't car to use everyday".."oh" I replied.."Had you used it twice a month you would have only come back a couple of times" sums it up

My father had a Ferrari 412 and had every problem one hears about Ferraris, wonderful car, needing limitless wallet!

Ah yes, forget about the everyday bit. Beautiful cars, but they're a bit fragile aren't they? I bet you'd be in love with it at first then thoroughly pissed off as it broke down for the nth time.

I reckon if you could afford one as a weekend car that'd be the ideal situation.
