Ok, some clues... Europe, yes.

On the 3L pic, there's a power substation. The plaque identifying which one it is will tell you more  And I think there's a graphiti database somewhere to ID tags, if so inclined.

On the Blue Lupo pic, there's a bus stop behind the car. That tells you which bus operator is running the route.

And palm trees, so somehwere warm. At least warmer than the UK 👍🏻
