Smonk
Low miles highly preferred not fussy about colour just not the bright green thanks
mk2
LR6V is the ultimate colour! I wish at least one of my Lupos was Fantasia green... the coolest colour for a spec'd up car! You'll have to travel and trawl the small ads for what you're looking for. They're becoming rare. You will need luck on your side. Smonk
All the ones I’ve found are Fantasia green 😂

The Penguin
A re mapped TDI will give an easy 100bhp and massively more torque, 60 mpg and just £30 road tax. A more leisurely drive too than the high revving Sport, none of the clutch pedal issues is a bonus as well. I've had every model of these cars save the little ultra green 3litre tdi and a GTI and I admit I liked my Arosa Sport but I would never chose it or anything else over a mapped TDI.
mk2
The chain tensioner for the balance shaft and oil pump "should" be changed at about 120k miles. They are known to fail. But i have heard of chains still going strong at 180k miles. I don't know what affects them more, motorway driving or stop start driving. Haven't found any pattern yet. I'm pretty sure frequent oil changes help, as it seems the AMF engine is quite fussy about which oil it gets. People I've spoken to have told me it's not a hugely expensive job, like £300?
