Suspect it will be the same for all Lupo's -

disconnect tie rods from bearing carriers, take out bolt through steering rack in footwell, undo fixings holding rack to subframe, undo lower engine/box mount, undo subframe bolts and drop subframe with control arms still connected to bearing carriers - swap rack. rebuild is reversal of removal

Complications are: power steering connections. Rack can only go into column one way so take a bit of time lining that up.
