Get it valued in case there's a claim against it, or you'll only get the lowest Ebay price in the last 12 months from an insurance company (like £1.5k). Any car place will give you a piece of paper in exchange for a few quid. Some even do it for free. You can ask them to write a favourable (make it realistic) value! LexG Posted July 6, 2020 Author Report Share Posted July 6, 2020 Good tip and thanks for the complements .. it’s totally standard one previous owner and full VW servicing up until last year. She polishes up well for 118000 miles. I used Mequiars ultimate compound on some bits and ultimate polish on all.. then Auto Glym Extra gloss Protection.. Then a little Mequiars quick wax.
