18 years old GTI - what to refresh?

I'm thinking bushes and suspension? I don't want it hard so is there a decent kit which keeps or improves OEM feel?

I replaced the front wishbone rear bushes with polyflex. That seemed to be a big improvement. I also replaced both ball joints. What other bushes should be replaced? All of them?

There's a rubbing from the near side rear wheel when going round left hand bends. Do wheel bearings normally need changing after a while? It's done 130k.

Probably needs a respray soon, not sure it's worth it though.

Brake fluid. Gearbox oil. Power steering fluid. Clean out inlet system. Rear rubbing is possibly brakes. Bearings do go, but you get humming noises at speed (louder when faster). Probably not bearings.

Get under it and have a good look at what's rusty. You can waxoyl everything once it's all clean and dry. Especially front and rear subframes.
