Bobo147 Posted September 7, 2019 Report Share Posted September 7, 2019 I’m trying to remove the battery from my 04 Lupo MySport 16v. I’m having issues, having followed many tutorials! I’ve removed everything, but the fuse box appears to be attached to the battery bracket and that’s not budging. I have removed the holding bolt and bracket by the way. mk2 Posted September 7, 2019 Report Share Posted September 7, 2019 Yeah, you need to gently unclip that metal strap thing that clips onto the top of the battery. There are little hooks sticking out on the ends. Easiest way is with a screwdriver. Push down while unhooking the two sides... no pulling or force required anywhere.
