What year did the 1.4s throttle become fly by wire?

Just trying to find out what year onwards the 1.4s cars became fly by wire rather than cable. Or if someone could please tell me what mine is that would be even more useful, it's a 53 plate.

Thanks in advance for any responses 👍

If there's a cable that looks like a bicycle brake cable going to the throttle body, then it's a 'bowden cable'. If there's a bulge looking like an electric motor with a plastic cap, then it's a motorised brive by wire computer controlled throttle :)
