JamesTaylorLupo Posted February 27, 2019 Report Share Posted February 27, 2019 There is a whining noise coming from the front of the car, sounds like it is coming from either 1 of 3 parts, the power steering pump, water pump or the alternator. The whining starts as soon as I turn the car on, the car is in neutral as i increase the revs the whining becomes faster and louder, the noise stays the same as i change gear and turn the steering wheel left to right, there is no grinding or loud knocking noises, cannot put my finger on the cause of the problem, My opinion is that it is one of the 3 bearings that has collapsed but which one i have no idea ??????
