Sausage
Adapt, improvise, overcome. Dont go silly on size though because lag... but compared to the standard items measly dimensions near enough anything will be an improvement.

Bubby
Any place where I can buy the pipes to fit and stuff
Sausage
Ebay? This guy has a fiat Punto mjet IC looks to be about 2x- 2.5x the size of the standard tdi item, can be had for £30 -£40 plus pipes (probably same again unless you want fancy stuff). https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FIAT-GRANDE-PUNTO-MULTIJET-1-3-JTD-2005-2009-INTERCOOLER-GOOD-CONDITION/322709515648 £16 delivered... Pipe connections look small though, plus i'd look for an all metal one of poss if you intend cranking boost, renault and BMW do some that can be had cheap. You will need some basic fab skills and common sense. Edited May 27, 2018 by Sausage

Sausage
https://www.darksidedevelopments.co.uk/products/darkside-front-mount-intercooler-kit-fmic-for-vw-passat-audi-a4-1-9-tdi-pd130-avf-awx.html If it's just for show just wack one in the front grill and dont plumb it in as it will make next to no difference to power unless you are pushing hard for high HP. So until you have exhausted stage 1 there's plenty of better things to spend money on. 11 litres of subaru intercooler jammed in the grill here: Edited May 27, 2018 by Sausage
