if it runs well and goes well don't start messing with things.

stop playing about and looking for work where it isn't needed.

thirdly, psi is a more universal unit of measurement for such things.

10% is a reasonable difference, cyl 3 looks low so redo the test before worrying about anything. As said, if it runs happy and has plenty of power I wouldnt be too concerned about it.
