Have you still got a belt on the car? if you bring the crank to TDC lining up the mark on the pulley with the back plate and the mark on flywheel with the pointer with the window in the gearbox. There are two holes, one on each cam pulley. They will be horizontal and adjacent to one another. You need a tool which inserts 8 mm pints through each of the pulleys and into a holes in the head.

I recommend getting the correct tool. I have seen people use 8mm drill bits but the exhaust cam will rock slightly and it will run but very rough.

The correct tool has a bridging piece between the two pins to stop the cams rocking.
