  1. Can the lupo 1.4 sport (100bhp) parts such as the cams and aftermarket manifolds end exhausts fit on the 1.4 S (75bhp)?
  2. Hi guys I recently purchased a lupo 1.4 S and it’s running low on oil from the previous owner, it has roughly 84000 on the clock. Can anyone give me any advice on what oil to top it up with. Thankyou
  3. Hello I have a Lupo 1.4s which Im in the process off doing up, full re spray, coil overs or springs, wheels etc etc, hopefully just to take to shows and the odd day out in, so if anyone has any bits or any advise on what to buy and do that would be much appreciated! My main concern is the Gearbox has gone on the Lupo and I need to know if a Seat Ibiza 1.4 gearbox will fit? The Lupo is on a W reg and the Ibiza is on a V reg, these are both 1.4 engines with the 5 speed box. Im not overly worried on the Gearbox ratios as Im sure they are pretty much the same. If anyone can help would me much appreciated. Thanks Dave
  4. Hi, i'm new and have had my car about 5 months, it's a silver 1.4s and when i bought it it had only done just over 21,000 miles and had a fsh, the car wasn't in great condition and had a nasty dent in the drivers rear quarter. Here it is when i got it home(only have the one picture) First thing i did was paint the badges and lower it on JOM coilovers which left it looking like this for a while. I then bought some Borbet A reps which never made it onto the car along with a set of banded steels. I still have the banded steels, they're 7x13 and 8x13, if anyone is interested in them please PM me.(you can see the terrible repair job that someone done to it) My pedal box then snapped completely and i had the fun job of replacing it . I was surprised that it snapped on such low mileage. After i fixed the pedal box i booked it into the body shop to have the rear quarter repaired as well as both bumpers colour coded and a new indicator panel.=, leaving the car looking like this That isn't me in the pictures by the way. Me and my brother left my friend a nice surprise after work Saturday i got some new wheels and chopped the rear springs for more lows and this is how it currently looks

  6. I have just purchased my first lupo, but the stereo (single din) doesn't work and the cup holders are broken, as well as the air vents. I have therefore come to the conclusion that a nice shiny touch screen double din unit would be lovely instead. Browsing the interweb I have found a great unit for a reasonable price that has come off a Lupo GTI.It includes the whole middle section of the dahboard (including the air vents) and has the high up hazard button. Unfortunately as my Lupo is 1999 T reg it has the different styled early dash with the hazard button down the bottom. Would this later dash still fit my Lupo, if I rewired in a later hazard button to the triangle or plugged it somehow? cheers Jordan
  7. a small visual progression of my 1.4s Hope you guys like it!
