  1. I'm sure I've seen this somewhere, but does anyone know if there is a kit available to convert from HT-leads to individual coil packs on the GTI? I'm 99% sure I've seen this done, but I can't for the life of me remember where or by who! Thanks
  2. I've had a look on the forum and I just want to know if its even worth getting an induction kit.. I'm not fussed about hp gain as it's hardly going to increase widly. Just want to know if its worth getting the average kit for a bit more grunt sound without any heat problems ( too close to engine)
  3. I'm not sure if this is right place to ask this, but My Lupo is 1.4 TDI 2001. I'm planning to buy K&N 57i Intake Kit, but there's not model for Diesel Lupos. I'm just wondering does VW Polo 1.4 tdi Intake Kit fit to also Lupo. If someone could be nice and link the right intake kit for me here?
  4. been looking at a body kit for my lupo, and on the rear bumper the exhaust is in the right rather than left. would it cost anything to have the exhaust moved so it is in the middle. heres the link: http://www.madmotors.co.uk/bodykits-spoilers-14000/body-kits/vw/vw-lupo/ingo-noak-tuning-vw-lupo-98-look-rear-bumper.html and heres the front, just wondering if id need to change anything to put this on http://www.madmotors.co.uk/bodykits-spoilers-14000/body-kits/vw/vw-lupo/ingo-noak-tuning-vw-lupo-98-05-look-front-bumper.html last note, what side skirts would you recommend to use with this kit because there actually isnt any side skirts built with them cheers guys
  5. Selling my genuine Pipercross Viper carbon fibre cold air feed and induction kit. I am only selling due to returning car to standard specification. This cost £250 new, and is similar to the BMC CDA intakes but higher quality, and real carbon fibre. It was fitted to a 1.4 sport, and sounded lovely! Here is a link to the site: http://www.lkperformance.co.uk/induction-kits/pipercross/pipercross-viper-induction-kit/368415?carId=176840 And description: "Viper air intake unit The technology used in the Pipercross Viper was first seen on the famous Lotus 340R, but soon became available for an ever increasing range of popular road cars. Using 'velocity air force', each Viper air intake directs cold air directly into the engine. The cold air feed takes air from an area of cold, dense air straight into the Viper's inlet, swirling it through a unique Pipercross reverse-flow air filter contained within a carbon fibre heat shield, then into a ram pipe to increase the air pressure before feeding it into the induction system. The carbon fibre heat shield protects the air charge from under bonnet heat keeping it cool -and therefore more dense -thus introducing more oxygen into the combustion mixture, giving increased power. The reverse flow technology filter and 150mm ram pipe make use of the physical phenomenon of air tending to move towards surface area's, creating more air flow on the edge rather than in the centre of the inlet. The unique design of the filter cone and the inlet 'tune' the moving air flow to increase its speed and therefore its pressure maximising the laminar air flow into the engine, again resulting in increased power. Sealed unit cold air intake Genuine carbon fibre heatshield Reverse flow foam filter element Noticeable improvement in mid range performance Highly polished alloy components combined with deep weave carbon fibre for great under bonnet looks" I am asking £120 Location: Corsham, near Bath Contact: Please feel free to PM or call/text 07837 892836
