K&N airfilter Chequer vinyled centre dash and rear view mirror Reconditioned rear seats Scorpion remote alarm installed JVC stereo Dent in passenger cill which was there when purchased, hardly noticeable due to car being lowered. Cheap insurance and tax, the reason why i purchased it as my first car, doing 50mpg. 2. Hi, I have cloth seats at the moment & I'm going to prob buy some Lupo GTI leathers, does anyone know how easy they are to fit into a 1.0 Lupo at all? Or are they any other seats that are easy to straight fit to a 1.0 Lupo? Cheers
  3. Hi all, I'm new to this forum, I've been browsing and today I got my first Lupo 1.0 which is also my first car. I'm 16, I live in Welling, Kent. I have a light/baby blue Lupo, Nothing done to it yet but my plans are to drop it as low as possible. I'm going to smooth the front & back bumper, I have bought a de-badged grill already, I'm not sure if I should take the indicators out of the front of leave them on yet. I'm also going to smooth out the boot. I'm going to buy a Ripspeed DV-720 head unit, I have a 900 watt edge sub already just need to buy a custom box if anyone can help me out would be great. My brother is selling me an amp, I'm going to buy an air filter also a new exhaust not sure which one yet. Front & back strut braces, and some nice alloys. Ill be uploading my pics of the car tomorrow, I'm also going to log down everything I buy and do to the car upload pictures of before and after also! If anyone can help me selling me some parts would be thankful. Thanks Sammy

  5. Make: Volkswagen Model: Lupo 1.0 Year/Reg: 2000 X reg Mileage: 75000 MOT: 12 Months MOT Tax: 12 Months or can be taken off and price reduced accordingly Good points: Very reliable Lupo which is not only low cost on tax and insurance but is incredibly cheap to run. Never let us down and only selling because we are looking for a little polo. We bought the car two years ago, and has just passed its MOT with NO advisories, the car is very solid. Perfect if you’re looking for a daily runner or just a fun Volkswagen. Comes with 12 months Tax too, or if you like this can be taken off and price adjusted. Comes with a Rieger styling kit which really works with the car and is colour coded. Lowish mileage for the age. RH Cup alloy wheels and suspension springs were replaced last year with brand new -40mm replacements. Bad points: Side skirts and rear bumper have cracks, you can see them in the pictures. One small ciggy burn in the driver’s seat. Headliner is a bit grubby but could easily be cleaned out. Location: Birmingham Pictures: Price: £1500 or very near offer Contact details: 07905 825628
  6. @@mandyjayney Here is my Lupo which I have had for just over a year. I am looking to upgrade to a more powerful car, therefore I am selling. It is a perfect first car, and very cheap to insure. It also drives beautifully for the age of the car. Even though you may be put off with the high mileage, it has had several things replaced since buying the car. Cambelt Clutch Engine Hoses Recent new front tyres New spark plugs New HT leads Since buying the car, I have installed a genuine VW CD player alongside the tape and the radio. I have also put genuine 14 inch VW Alloy wheels on the vehicle. TAX - January 2012 MOT - July 2012 The car is in good condition inside and out, and has a few minor scuffs and scrapes (which you can expect for a 10 year old car). I have looked after her very well. Viewing is more than welcome and also advised, it really is a great little car and especially for first time drivers as it is fun, easy and cheap to drive. Any questions just email me and I will get back to you as soon as I can. If you would also like any more pictures or details, just let me know. Car available as of 9th October. 7. I'm taking my lessons and I have a 1.0l lupo se. I've been trying to get quotes for once I've passed and they all come to around £4000, Third Party Fire & Theft as well. My mum and dad have told me I can get insured with i-Kube for £2000, except I can't drive between 11pm-5am. I don't find this too much of a problem because it will work out cheaper in the long run. I was just wondering if anyone knew if they allowed mods?
  8. This is my first car, a 1.0L Lupo Se. It's got 15,000 miles on it and looks and sounds brand new. I'm taking lessons at the minute, can't wait to get passed soon so I can get out in it. Got some plans for it in the future once I'm on the roads. I want it lowered with some nice alloys and simple mods. Looking forward to it. Just wanted to get a few pictures up! I'll get some more pictures soon.
  9. Hey I know this has been raised many times about coilovers. I have a 1.0 lupo SE and I want to lower it on some coilovers in the future. I will be on a budget but might be willing to spend for quality. So I was wondering which are the best coilovers I can get for a good price. Also will fitting them myself be a huge problem?
  10. Hey just bought my first car. Glad to say it's a 1.0 Luop SE. It's 52 Reg with 15,000 on the clock. I want to get it lowered on some coilovers with a nice set of rims. I was looking at some BBS or BBS look-a-likes. Anyone want to give me some advice on which is the best set of coilovers to get, costs etc. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks.
