Really nice polo Karin Respect for engine conversion i am doing same thing on my Polo GTI Only a little bit more horsies Hope you know what are you doing and you need pedalbox from Polo TDI od LUPO TDI/ GTI here is a pic on left from GTI and right hydraulic from polo tdi what gearbox are you using ? and why are you using vr6 maf ?

You can not put inlet cam from 100 or 75hp 1.4 engine because GTI has VVT that stand for Variable valve timing so this is not possible For sure BUt you can Put head from 1.4 16 100hp to GTI block with some modifications and you can get 250 as someone said because 100hp doesnt use VVT For Gti there is only one option sport cams from Schrick and i think catcams has it too

and to answer to this question 268 schrick cam for GTI does not exists because GTi has variable intake and ONLY avaible schrick cam is first on picture other two are for EX

I have a pair of schrick cams for sale that i had in my Polo GTI in combination with FPR of 3,8bar it is a lot of difference believe me plus BMC car was doing 15,5 with reaction, time of car was 14,9 on 402m lot of turbo cars have been in mirror if some on is interested PM me this is spec for cams

it has been done in croatia it is arosa but same as loop ! further info http://www.thperformance.hr/projekti/seat-arosa-g40 runs on ECU: ViPEC V44 with 138ps

i am interested to do same thing but i wish to put ITB with DBW like new yamaha R1 has ! and to keep original ECU but re mapped did yomeone tryed something like that on GTI engine ?

Really impresive project ! RESPECT i have question regarding water cooling of eaton !? which facet pump do you use ?! any pic i saw that operating temperature of facet pump is form -31 to +55 Celsius but i think water temperature is higher in hot days ?? -

That Hole is for 1.4 16v engines, they have something like diesels have. called EGR this is for exhaust smoke returned to intake to lower co2 this manifold is like for 8v polos only difference is plate that is for 16v with added EGR conection so this is universal for ALL 16v polos not for GTI special Yes it looks the same that is the point ! difference is in diameter of pipes. i have contacted supersprint in italy but they don't have it. i am putting schrick cams in so i want manifold too

hi i em interested how do you put raceland manifold on GTI AVY engine ? there is no holes for 2 lamdas ? do you put first lamda only or what ? THIS is raceland i am looking for supersprint but i cant find one
