  1. Great job mate, cheers. Bro will have a snoop tomorrow
  2. Cheers mate, thats what my bro had thought thus far, what would I be checking for in that case:- oil pump?, gunk in return lines?
  3. Oil level light is on - pretty much nearly gone by the time i'd replaced oil, hoping the light is only a lambda or something, but engine is shuddering and last time its been out on the road; pressure seemed to have gone, wouldn't go over 30mph etc. Having it checked tomorrow but likely its been too late and engine may well be done
  4. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As above engine struggling at idle, have replaced oil as was seriously low, - warning lights still on - anyone an idea? no leaks and waited a few hours now but still same issue
  5. Here are some after photos from last week, a major noticeable difference as they were covered beforehand, the fronts have still a bit of work to do so trying the billberry wheel cleaner tomorrow: (fronts) (back)

Reiger valance wins, i didn't mind, sure as mentioned best intentions were there , feel sorry for the next bloke who asks a 'silly' question tho , and who on their right mind is 'taping' things to their car.. or did i pick that up wrong lol edit: cheers for constructive criticism guys

    Front bumper

sorry to offend, but im not living back in 1993 either, looking for a front end for the loop this year and the 3litre front end is the only common path i've come a cross, pretty sure a lot of people on CL have ''body kits'' or 'clip on' kits, but each to their own and opinions

    Front bumper

Guys, wondering if anyone has photos of this front bumper below onto a standard 1 litre, and wondering what it would look like without the skirts or rear, any pictures or photoshopping if possible would be appreciated, cheers, Andy
  11. Gave a shot over the weekend yesterday having bought megs all wheel cleaner, premium blue rim cleaner and car-lack wheel cleaner, 4hours seen some decent results with a bit of shine and polish back into them again (the prem. rim cleaner works wonders), however still noticeably caked on dust and streaks in the edges of the rim, no photos of them as of yet but will post if i can tomorrow, might try the clay bar or 'muc off' cleaner trick next and see, can certainly recommend the rim cleaner (£7 or so @ cleanyourcar.co.uk) cheap stuff with outstanding results, however my rims are indeed beyond this seeing as wetsanding proved difficult even.
  12. cheers for the tip mate, haven't come a cross that yet though
  13. Cheers guys, gonna shop tomorrow and have them shining again hopefully, will post pics if the turnouts good
  14. See I was thinking that myself mate, but wasn't too sure if they be too harsh chemical and corrode having seen how good it is for stubborn dirt on tiles etc
