yeh with fixie you get extra cool pts, deep v's look the bomb too! i ride a single-speed mountain bike atm (soon to be fully rigid), will post pics when that gets done! gonna build a fixie as soon as i (literally) find the right bike - rat look ftw also anyone tried wheel building? seen some pretty rad spoke patterns recently.. p.s. little green giant, id be tempted to add another link to the chain on your ride if poss, if not make sure that bolt is super tight! pedalling hard on single speeds can cause the wheel to move forward in drop outs

im thinking about getting a set of steelies banded at some point, but need a bit of help first... how bad a condition can steelies be in before theyre beyond help? i ask because i dont have the steels yet, and i need to know what is useable and whats not when scanning the net etc. also if anyone has had this done, how much can i expect to spend on getting 4 wheels blasted? suppose i might be better off just buying new ones?! cheers!

sorry cant give you anymore help with the resistor, but curious as to how your car drives with the new wheel! do you feel you have as much control as with a bigger wheel? how is it driving on fast country roads? cheers
