  1. I'm a big fan of Seiko divers. I currently have a SND253 "Flightmaster", which is a Quartz Chronograph with slide-rule bezel. I also run a SKX007, automatic diver, on Black Nato or Bond strap. I'm going to Japan next Summer and aim to bring back a SBDA001 "Samurai".
  2. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/sci/tech/7231913.stm I'll try to post some images of my tattoos at some point. I get tattooed by a guy called Steve Byrne (In Name and Blood) in Leeds. Also been done by Mark Armstrong from Sacred Art in Chorlton. However, I'm going to Japan for my 30th next July and I've written to Horiyoshi III and Shige to see if I can get a one point by either, or both, whilst I'm there.
  3. Nice! Thought I was doing well with 130,000 on a '99 Lupo! Defintiely a typo, though, as it says 164,500 miles in the body of the description.
  4. I've always been more into the Loop than the Arosa. But, the front of that Arosa looks mean as hell! Plus, you've got to love those Borbet rims. Really nice photoshoot. Good job guys!
  5. Why not, eh!? I reckon I'll be able to get down.
  6. Seriously good price. I just got quote £500 for damage to my passenger side door and rear quarter. That was done in Manchester, too. Where abouts is this garage?
  7. Alright. I work at Trafford House in Old Trafford and I've spotted a nicely modded Blue Arosa in the Car Park at work. Debadged with VW steelies. Nurburgring sticker on the rear.
  8. That's me. Laura, the ex, has now come off but has left a bit of fading on the paint I'm trying to sort out.

Evening all. Just got back from VWNW. I had hoped there'd be a few more Lupos and Arosas to drool over. However, the 5 or 6 I saw were pretty tasty. There were a few parked around as well. A couple that I recognised from pics on here. Be good to see who's rides they were. Red GTI. Black Bathursts. Yellow GTI with a big middle finger in the back window. Nice Black Arosa and Black GTI on the Manchester stand. Also saw a tidy little number with Wheel Whores sticker rolling on Ronal Turbos. Saved my favourite for last: Black GTI with red (ish) leather interior. Amp and Subwoofer in the boot sunk in matching red leather. Really nice, liked it alot. Anyway, good job to all that represented. Some really tasty little motors.
  11. I work in Old Trafford, in the same building as the DVLA office. But, my missus lives in Swinton so was picking her up. I'll give you a flash next time.
  12. Looked standard to me. Yep, Worsley Road. I was in a Black 1.4S turning right onto East Lancs.
  13. Spotted a tidy Silver GTI crossing the East Lancs in Swinton at about 8 this morning.
  14. Not a big fan of Fast Car generally but I bought it for the same reason. That Loop is awesome. Love those Steffan rims. Also loving the Banded G60 Steels on that fella's Corsa.
  15. Spotted a tidy Forest Green Sport on the M61 at 1.30 today.
  16. Just clocked a picture of your Loop on page 19 of the new Fast Car mag.
  17. I've got 2 keys for my Loop. The barrel in the driver's side lock went pet tong so had to get it replaced. With that came a new key.
  18. Thanks for this guys. I don't suppose either of you've seen smoked read lights for the Lupo on your travels, either? Can't seem to find any anywhere. I heard you can get a spray to mod your stock lights.
  19. Hey Guys. I'm looking to put Black VW badges on the front and rear of my Lupo. Give it that nice stealth look. I can't seem to find any Lupo specific ones. I did get ones for the rear of my MK3 Golf. Does anyone know if these will be the same size? Cheers! G-Unit
  20. Hi de hi! I've seen your car. Sometimes driven by a quite handsome man with a beard? xXx
