Done the front now too the colour is a bit weird cos it's so sunny outside the colour in the badge is slightly darker but i think it look really aggressive i love it PS i wish my car WAS orange lol

Hey all couldn't find a thread on this so guess i'll post a new one can anyone help me remove the engine cover on my 1.4 fox? I've looked around it and can't really see or feel any clips i think there is 1 screw on each side of it towards the back but i'm not certain these hold it on i want to fit an induction kit +edit+ after unscrewing one of the screws i mentioned... it didn't make it any easier to take off so i guess it's not that

thanks mate i bought touch up paint from my VW dealership. only cost £3.09 i think!! (just gave them my reg to get the exact colour) it comes with a brush in the lid, so I just brush painted it. Didn't take the badge off though. used the rough side of a sponge to get any red off the silver badge Gonna do the front badge the same i think not sure how long it will last lol but it's a cheap job to fix it Do you mean de-locking my doors? whats dewidered lol

I'll have you know that the fox rides better than a 12 grand nissan micra not saying much i know, but it isn't an expensive car for what it is as i've said once before, it's the only car i know of that you can get with a decent spec for 10k with a 1.4 engine, alloys, air con etc i seriously didn't want to buy a new car with a 1.2 litre engine or a 1.0

so you've had problems for 23 months and 1 week with your fox? why haven't you spoken to Arnold Clark about this and traded it in for another car, or at least made them fix this one.

whoa wtf mine is a 57 fox i've had the windscreen wipers break twice (fuse) and for no reason both headlight bulbs broke and I had to pay to replace them think that's it though. 18000 miles. i'm happy with my car hope the MOT isn't too much. it's my first new car

for some reason those pics look photoshopped to me so i dunno if your fox will actually look like that when you get it...... also you gotta pay to get them colour coded and then lower it the right amount??

will they fix that on warranty slick? I was playing with the doors on an 09 in the showroom and the doors close a hell of a lot easier than mine something to do with the seals being too solid i heard ... it's like cos the air pressure has no where to go when you shut your door it doesn't want to close lol... got no problems with motorway noise or leaks though

only thing I can think that would cause it is the huge wing mirrors but mine do not make a whistling noise!
