Spotted a silver GTi Lupo with blue wing mirrors in Park Road, Burton Latimer! Anyone's on here? Real smart!

Spotted this weekend @ Big Bang santa pod. Colour coded bumpers in camping area. we were camped not to far away!

Camped near us at bug jam. Green ley hanging from mirror. Maybe a little mud splattered now!

Mine was on the stand on sat but i realky expected it to be heaving. Me, ray and phil alwsys put our cars up, not because we think ours are the best but because we want to show ppl what cars are on this forum. If ppl on this site signedup to put their cars on the stand then y wasnt it being practiced? Its a shame that we cant all get together for 1 weekend. I know there are local clubs but the stand would look amazing if ppl would come together! Lets not start being sarcastic or slagging off cars and just remind urselves that we all have the same car just sone ppl want to modify. Ta

Welcome. I have a fantasia green loop to with flowers and did have a lei hanging from the tow hook. Everyone else loved it and still does. Do with it what u want and im sure u will get noticed x

some of you on here make me laugh, to all those who dont like the colour coding on fantasia green and to those who saw me ad E38. instead of slating the colour coding on here then y say u liked mine and not slate it there and then??? rant over but it just makes me laugh xxGGxx

welcome, i live in burton but worked in welli for 4 and a half years at PAH, if u didnt see my car i will be amazed lol its very hard to miss being bright green with purple flowers may have seen u, will keep an eye out!

The audi rims were in dire need of a clean - Using Wheel brightner and various brushes Then polished with AG SRP and 3 layers of Collonite 476 for protection The 'Borrowed' Pictures of the final results Thanks for reading Rob

Hi my names Rob, Im Jo's Brother and for a early B'day Present i detailed her car ready for E38. Because i had other commitments i couldnt take pictures of the results so ive 'borrowed' some from this forum, I hope this is ok? Anyhow the detail... As a early birthday present i arranged to detail my sisters 'Phantasia green' Lupo in preperation for Edition 38 First i removed the faded flower stickers using a heat gun & Tardis for the residue then got the car back to my house and took some pics As you can see the paint wasnt in the best state and very flat! So i set to it the next day... Sprayed the wheels/tyres & Arches with APC and scrubbed using various brushes Washed off Then foamed using a mixture of hyper wash & Citrus degreaser White wall tyres anyone?? I then turned my attention to the engine bay Using super degreaser & Apc to clean then dressed with Megs all season we got this result Doorshuts then cleaned with APC and a swissvax brush Citrus degreaser sprayed on lower half of the car Car foamed with snow foam and CG's Maxi suds Rinsed Washed using 2BM, maxi suds & ShMitt Rinsed then clayed with fine polyclay and Last touch Rinsed again then dryed with last touch and a waffle drying towel All dryed off and ready to go in the garage for polishing I didnt have much time to take pics as i was doing 2hrs a nite after work But car was taped up and after starting with Menz Intensive and SFX1 and having no luck, moved to Menz power gloss on a SFX1, Then refined with Menzs final finish PO85RD on a SFX2. Paint was then cleansed with Dodo lime prime on a SFX3 pad ready for waxing Waxed using 1 coat of Dodo 'Purple Haze' & 2 coats of 'Rainforest rub' Applied by hand and buffed with sonus towels windows cleaned with AG fastglass and a microfibre All plastics treated with Areospace 303 protect doorshuts waxed with collonite 476 Car hoovered out and seats/carpets/plastics cleaned with AS multifresh and brisk then dressed with poorboys natural look dressing
