  3. I'm using mine at 30-32PSI Mike with no probs. But like you have already stated, I have experimented and these seem to be pretty good mate but naturally it's dependant on what profile your tyres are?? i.e. 40 or 45s. Mark
  4. How the hell have you managed to get your car to run with positive camber?? style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="confused.gif" /> I'd bet your either toeing in/out that's why you're scrubbing those tyres off. Have you fitted new suspension, etc recently? style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
  5. Lookin' good Mike. style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />
  6. I never forget going to the BMF bike rally in Peterborough a few years ago. After the event all the bikes were leaving and heading north up the A1 in big bunches all doing well over 100MPH, police just left us to it as there were 1000s of us. style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
  7. Oh poo sorry Lee, for some reason I was thinking Al had a Green Cotton filter, but I guess I must be mixing him up with someone else style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="wacko.gif" /> Mark style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
  8. Good one bud, did they tell you what they have done to make it good......and what's the financial damage likely to be???? style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
  9. I'm running virtually the same set-up as Al. Only difference is I'm sucking through a K&N and Al is sucking through a Green Cotton Filter. style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
  10. Crank up the volume....that should sort it! style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />
  11. Bloody 'ell style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":o" border="0" alt="ohmy.gif" />. Like has alreay been mentioned, that don't look good bud, hope you get it all sorted anyhow. Mark
  12. Nice one Lee, an interesting read. style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />
  13. LOL, Ray style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> Me too, I think we are showing our age now!! You may laugh at Imps lads infact most of you probably have no idea what one is!? style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" /> At the end of the day it's all down to money. If you are on a budget then what has already been suggested sounds like the right way to go about it.
  14. Long power bar and go for it. You wont **** it, just make sure you're not tightening it up instead of undoing it! style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> The Loctite is just doing its job, it will undo trust me. style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
  15. Slendid, much better mate. I know where you are coming from with regards the rear badge/boot opener. Loookin Good bud. style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
  16. It's not a nut it's a high tensile bolt which is Loctited in. When you have done your stuff remeber the bolts need to be Loctited back in!
  17. His entire car,..... right up to the sunroof!! style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />
  18. I know we have discussed it before, but am I the only one that doesn't use 505.01 spec oil in their PD engined Arosa/Lupo?? I was just wondering if anyone had suffered any ill efffects or problems as a direct result of not using the recommended oil. I use Castrol Magnatec oil and find it much better than the Quantum that I used to use religiously and it's much cheaper. The car starts much much better from cold, with a lot less diesel slap on start-up. Just curious, cheers guys. Mark style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
  19. When I was based in Germany we had a real cocky safety equipment fitter who was always playing pranks on people at work. So one hot day we managed to get hold of his car keys (that were conviently hanging in his locker door). He had a Honda Civic so we opened his sunroof right back, closed his doors and filled his entire car with FloPack (that polytyrene stuff that looks like Quavers) style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> His face was a picture and what was even funnier was seeing him try to clean it all up, it was all stuck in his air vents and everywhere. Mark style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />
  20. It's like a little atomic bomb......small in size, but nonetheless very effective at doing its job! style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />
  21. I did'nt have to worry about the rear, but the front I have done. You will need at least a 500 grade wet/dry paper and I'm a real fussy git so I always finish my work with at least a 1200 or 1500 grade paper. It took some doing but the end result is worth the effort. border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" alt="" />
  22. Cheers guys, and thanks for the comments. Max I used u-pol super six??, it's a flexible filler designed specially for bumper repairs, etc. To take the blend line out I have filled higher and lower than is in the photo. style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
  23. Well the general opinion was for matt black, so I painted them this morning and am much happier now. What ya' reckon?? border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" alt="" /> Mark style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
  24. Cheers Guys, black it shall be then border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" alt="" /> border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" alt="" /> border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" alt="" />
