The hight adjuster is lose dosent stay in and when you drive you can lift it up and down and when you turn sometimes it dosent let you brake properly mate I got it today cheap and wanna know were to start if you can help would be grateful

I got this today its registered as a 1.0 but its had a 1.4 put in but the steering column is wobbly dose any 1 have any ideas
