  2. Hi all I have a lupo SDI and  the clutch is heavy sometimes hard to get in 1st and reverse but if I adjust the clutch cable bolts it’s fine again I’ve had the clutch cable replaced a few months ago and the pedal box is ok but the new cable fitted by the local garage looks different to the last one as the last cable had a big white tube which clicked into a plastic bracket on the bulk head but the new cable has a small white tube which is a lot smaller so not sure if this is the makes a difference as it was heavy before but I asked the garage yesterday and he said if you replace the clutch it will make a bit difference as the clutch sprigs go stiff over time so I’m not sure to go with what he says or would trying a genuine clutch cable first

  3. Hi all I have a silver lupo and it’s fitted with 1.4sport alloys  at present but I fancy a set of  BBS model 473 alloys or something like them I was also thinking black rims on silver car look great so does anybody on this site have a set to sell or a nice looking set to sell before I look around

  4. Hi all a few weeks ago I had my clutch cable replaced was n my lupo 1.7SDI  and when I picked car up from local garage the mechanic told me that my clutch pedal feels heavy because the lever on the outside of the gearbox which the cable connects to is stiff and the only way to make that lose is to remove the gearbox and fit a new  sleeve or something on that lever he said they break down in time so he said you may as well replace the clutch same time so does anybody know if this sounds right or is there a way I can grease or free up that lever thanks
