Hi all, I was originally on here a couple of years ago with my 2005 silver Lupo GTi, I sold that and picked up an Abarth 595 Comp. I loved the Abarth, though it looked GREAT and was fairly quick, 200bhp but I'd always missed the Lupo! I always said I'd buy another one, so here we are, sold the Abarth and picked up this beauty recently. Its a grade 4B with 94KMs on the clock. Looks in great condition, and nice and original (Except the wheels which AFAIK are 16" enkei alloys) I had planned on changing them anyway but would have liked some bathurst for a while! The plan is........to copy Claytons Lupo while maybe adding some differences 😁 No point in denying it, I love that car, the attention to detail and the upgrades are top quality! But first things first, a good service when it arrives, oils' filters, time belt etc the after that, address the ridiculous looking ride height and wheels. Still undecided about which ones but I've 6-8 weeks to decide! So any suggestions are welcome. Shane

I bought a genuine OEM brake light about 2 years ago. It was cheap enough from what I remember. Can you not get one?

Lads, what tyres are you suing on original GTi alloys? The Toyos are mad money if I can find them, 205 45R 15 How can you use different sizes? Do the tyres stretch? Apologies for stupid question

I was hoping to split the old headlight, (GTI Xenon) and replace the lens with a new one (Normal Lupo Headlight). Its not a bad crack, its just at the verp top edge, where it goes under the bonnet. I think the safest bet is to try repair it first and go from there!! 🙂

Ye, Ive ordered a new front bumper lower section as mine is damaged, so will be changing all then 🙂

Anyone know if its possible to swap the front clear plastic on Lupo headlights? So swap a GTI Xenon to a normal lupo headlight. (Front plastic only) Reason I ask is, I have a small crack on mine and instead of replacing headlight altogether, I could just replace damaged plastic with a normal headlight, there very cheap to buy to whole unit for a standard lupo.

TWO SEPARATE FUSES!!! 😫😫 After 6hrs removing bumper, scratching the headlight, it was the poxy fuse!!!!!! And now the bulbs are slightly different colors coz I replaced just one!!! Ah well.....................

Mine are a little off centre as well, must just be the way it is. I'd also like to know if anyone has changed tips/tidied old ones

I decided to go with oem in the end. Will come back with an opinion when fitted. Personally, I didn't want to make the car any louder inside or to stiff. Also fitting a new rear arb and 30mm lowering springs so will let you's know. Thanks for the opinions, info! ?oh and the massive price difference didn't help ?

Gone a bit off topic....? It's the coming home lights feature I like as well,auto lights is just a bonus! And the knob is nicer than standard...?
