mk 2......mmmm, interesting. First question, how do you get the roof liner out, are there clips like on the door panels. And secondly, do you have to go right back to the radio with the new aerial, or is there a connection in the cable ? Oh, and thirdly, what sort of aerial did you get, and from where ?
Finally got a nice automatic Arosa for my girlfriend, year 2000 with only 25000 miles on the clock ( the car, not the girlfriend ! )
Having to do the odd little job on it, the major one being that it needs a new roof aerial, the existing one having been snapped of at some point, leaving a "slug" of brass in the screw hole.
So I'm assuming it needs a complete replacement. I phoned my local car radio centre and they want £ 160.00 to fit one, which sounds outrageous to say the least !
Any advice would be welcome.....
OK, thanks for letting me know.
I wonder if the irony of the situation with regards to my interest in your car ?
Robin, Little John, Archery, Lincoln Green car ( almost ) Nottingham !!! I thought it was destined to be mine.............
Little John, can I talk to you about coming to see it please ? You can either call me on 07708708778, or let me know your number and I'll call you.
Wonder what that comment from Rich was intended to achieve ?
Hello there. I have just joined in anticipation of buying a Lupo for my girlfriend. Can you give me some pointers with regard to unique or idiosyncratic things to look out for on these lovely little cars when going to view possible purchases. I will be going for an automatic and would welcome any specific advice pertaining to auto's. Also, what sort of mileage should the cam belt replacement have been carried out by ?
Thanks in anticipation.
