So the piston rings have went in my 1.4 sport aub, is any of the 1.4 bottom ends the same or just the aub, would i be better off with a new engine or just rings, or the bottom end with my head on it?

Hi , Does anyone know if the mk1 fabia aub 100bhp engine is the same as the lupo sports aub 100bhp? assuming it is and if anyone else has done the swap? And would it be a straight fit? Thanks

Hi , i bought a sport about 3/4 weeks ago, and last friday lost some power when coming home from work. Turns out cylinder 1 is misfireing, changed the plugs and leads and had no luck , i tried a few used coil packs and none of them fixed the issue. The car was loosing coolant but doesn't seem to burn any, no mayo on oil cap, if the car runs for 5 mins it struggles to start again or at all. A lot of white smoke is coming out of the crank breather that goes to the air filter, and a lot of oil on the filter. any ideas? Could it be the head gasket or something else? Like rings or valves? cheers

Found a leak, topped it up so i will need to get it fixed, its leaking from the pipe that connects to the rack

Bought this lupo the the other day , plan on re mot it then sell or maybe use it for a bit its a 1.0e but has a major loss of power and there is a weird noise i think its the clutch release bearing, when its in nutrel it makea a rough sound untill you put in in a gear then it goes away , plus there is quite a high bite point on the clutch, i think its the release bearing and anyone have an idea what it would be to fix? Possibly a garage also loss of power, i have a 1.0 as my daily car and i can tell its got a lot less power than mine and its only the 50bhp model, does anyone think it will just need a gernal service spark plugs etc, or anything else in mind? I took the engine cover off to check the air filters and they are quite clean, whole car is a bit dirty/ rough , last owner didnt give a shite about it.

Hi looking for a spoiler/lip that comes on the sport models/gti models I think,(photo below,), also wind deflectors, spacers4x100, and can anyone recommend a centre exit that will fit a 1.0e chassis and be legal ? Cheers

Ok, need some help my lupo 1.0 is having issues starting /running first i go to start the car , it starts fine , then other times it barely starts takes about 5 seconds then it sounds like only 1 cylinder is firing or something, the whole cars judders, embarassing 2nd , sometimes the epc light comes on and the car wont go past 3000rpm, then it does the same without an epc light , it turns itself off then restarts itself idling at 1000 rpm, usually around 850rpm 3rd , i pull up to the traffic lights then the car dies then struggles to start , just wondering if anyone else has had the same issue or any solutions to fix it, cheers

Bought these, and i'm having fitment troubles i am aware that your tread cannot be past the bodywork, the tyres are 195 50 15 should i get a smaller set or put on 195 45 15 that i have on my rota wheels,? or will i need new tyres , 185/175
