sit in drivers seat.
remove fusebox panel.
remove the two screws and front plastic panel.
move fusebox out the way, lift up and push back.
graze knuckles, change the '601' relay and then find 19 and change it to 99.

For £200 I know of a complete set of leather recaros with doorcards.
I've bought/sold enough sets of the cloth ones to know that £100 for two front seats is an absolute rip.
Modding them to fit a Lupo (grinding) isn't a selling point, more the opposite.
