No cause I've tried that lol. It is only when I lift off the throttle to slow down, it sounds like rubber rubbing together to me but the cv boots look fine, no tears or anything on them. It's really annoying

I've a Gti Lupo and as last week or so there has is a squeaking type noise coming from the drivers side front when I lift off the throttle. It's like rubber a squeak and only at one point of a rotation of the wheel. It's more annoying than anything but seems to be getting worse and I cannot find where it's coming from Anyone any ideas??

I have just got a new mount, but it's not the same.. Not sure what engine it was for but it's slightly shorter and it was thicker so wouldn't even slide in between the floorpan and bracket to get the bolt through :/ None of the motor factors seem to be able to find anything specifically for the gti Also, who or what is Nfbr?

I can't seem to find the right mount for my wee gti, is it the same as a Tdi Dogbone mount? Is there a polybushed alternative? I'm new on this site so if there already is a thread about this point me in the right direction please
