  1. Correctamundo. Think the last one struggled to hit 20 orders if I remember correctly...
  2. Double check the brake light switch too - I went through 4 in 4 months in my GTI. (The purple ones are the replacement ones for the continually faulty grey ones, if that helps).
  3. Can I just point out the ironic nature of this new topic saying that you can't start a new topic...
  4. Does anyone know who this member is? Thanks Nicki
  5. Content removed as adverts must be posted in the classifieds, not in the normal forum. Please follow this link to the classifieds: http://forums.clublupo.co.uk/index.php?app=classifieds
  6. Nope - would be a bit unfair on members abroad to force them to use GMT/BST really, wouldn't it?
  7. Every year, without fail...
  8. I've received your order for CL stickers, but you didn't include your address on the email so don't know where to send them - and you're not replying to my emails. Please email me or PM me on here with your details. Thanks Nicki
  9. You should be able to start a new topic - assuming you're using the new classifieds software, here: http://forums.clublu...app=classifieds Not the old Marketplace that is closed for new threads, here: http://forums.clublu...hp?showforum=74
  10. Lotus Elise. I WILL own one - hopefully in the next few years...

  12. And for those too lazy to look for it, here's a handy link... http://forums.clublupo.co.uk/index.php?showforum=15
  13. Local clubs to me, but I live in Southend.
  14. Will hardly provide reliable data though - if someone sells their car & the new member registers on here, the car will end up being logged twice...
  15. WE57 HAM lives around here - seen it a couple of times. The bloke who owns a couple of the local clubs round here has D1 SCO.
  16. At the moment the £10 is effectively a lifetime membership, and is just there to give you guys the opportunity to support the running costs of the forum & for no other purpose. We're discussing making it an annual subscription & giving members something back for it, but that largely requires an initial outlay of costs on our part, which basically comes out of our (although usually MattyB's) own pockets. Membership cards have been available for a while, and still are - there's various threads about them around. However, they don't get sent out automatically as I don't have a crystal ball so don't know peoples addresses or registration numbers unless you tell me them! I'm currently running a bit low on membership cards, but, if we decide to go ahead with an annual subscription, they will get redesigned and a new batch made up at that time. We're also discussing keyrings/lanyards etc, but again, it ultimately comes down to cost and the initial outlay required from our own pockets!
  17. Hello, Sorry - been a bit of a manic time at work recently so not had chance to reply to PMs. Will do so now. Nicki P.S Ray - thank you for letting me out. Can I have some fresh bedding please? It's been a few years since you changed it
  18. Feedback & disputes are a nightmare to monitor as its likely that some users would abuse the system to air personal grievances - hence why we're going to be introducing the new software. Moderators have always remained impartial with regard to te market place, and the disclaimer at the top of all the market place sections is to ensure that members realise that it's their own responsibility to ensure they are happy buying from other members.
  19. I'm probably a bit far away from you to plug my firm really, but PM me if you have any queries/want anything explained etc.

It's not a question for the Moderators, it's a question for the Admin. I've alerted our Admin to this thread, but it doesn't look like he's seen it yet.
  21. Yup, personal allowance increases every April - sometimes more one year than others, depends on how much they've been playing around with tax & national insurance rates and limits during the year and the rate of inflation the economy has seen in the previous year. I went to see a client last week and was discussing pension contributions with him. Spent half an hour merrily discussing the lifetime allowance (£1.5m) and the annual allowance (£50k) and calculating that he can pay a lump sum of £40k into his pension this year on top of his other contributions due to using up residual allowances for the prior 3 years... and then I got back in the car to come back to the office and spent the journey thinking how nice it must be to have to "worry" about exceeding the £50k pension contributions limit each year, as well as having £40k lying around spare that you can afford to pay into your pension as a lump sum, willy nilly. I wish I had his problems. *Sigh*
  22. Mine was registered from new & I received the email from Apple in mid November. At the time, all the information available said that they would be replacing them with refurbished 1st gen nano's (with 90 day warranty), but it now transpires that people are receiving 6th gen nano's (generally with larger storage capacity) as a replacement. I took mine back to the Apple Store on 25th November and am still waiting for my replacement, so don't expect it to come any time soon... (although they did say it could take up to 6 weeks originally...) My guess is that they wanted to see how many 1st gen nano's resurfaced and it's ended up being more than they anticipated, hence the 6th gen "upgrade".
  23. ... and has been discussed to death: ... here ... and here ... and here ... not to mention the threads merged, deleted or hidden!
