  1. Hi, I am looking for brake pads (front and rear) for my Arosa 1.4 S Automatic. Please can you provide a price quote for each part and recommend any good ones. Thanks, OP
  2. Excellent...found it. Thanks a lot. cheers, OP

  4. I don't think there's even an ash tray in the center....

    OBD Port

Hi, I've been trying to find the OBD Port on my Seat Arosa 1.4S (2005 Automatic Model) but unable to locate it. I've searched almost everywhere on the driver and passenger side but found nothing. There is a fuse box which is what i've seen ppl pointing to as the location but in my case there is nothing that looks like a OBD port. Can someone confirm if there is an OBD port at all on 1.4 S ? TIA Optimus
  6. thanks again for your explanation...however the interior lights come on as soon as I pull the key out without opening the door...the interior light then switch off after about 10-20 seconds and come on again if the door is opened...i would have expected the buzzer to go off as soon as I pull out the key just like the interior lights which come on as soon as the key is removed...(atleast that's how it works in my toyota Auris..)
  7. ok..but how does that affect the side light on warning alarm which should just sound as soon as I take the key out...irrespective of whether the door is open or not...
  8. ok..i've just noticed that the internal cabin light does not switch on while opening the driver side door but it does when the passenger side door is open....can this be the reason why the warning alarm is not sounding..
  9. ok..that sounds promising...is there a way to easily replace the buzzer or do i have to take it to a garage... any pointers to a video or guide on how to open the dash would be helpful... Thanks, Shishir
  10. please can someone help me on this... i've tried to look around for the microswitch in and around the door area but can't find anything that resembles a switch...moreover the cabin lights switch on when i open the door so I think the trigger mechanism is fine... everything seems to be in place except for the alarm sounds...i also noticed that the seat-belt warning alarm also does not sound with car moving at reasonable speed...
  11. yes that is what my original query was about - how to sound the alarm with ignition off and lights on....
  12. yes the cabin lights switch on as soon as I open the door with or without engine running...
  13. any clue if this is easily fixed/repaired and whether it could be done without taking to a garage... also i did try to see if there are any swtiches in the door or the body around the door but cannot see anything looking like a switch..
  14. please can anyone help with this... with headlamps on and keys removed - no warning alarm with headlamps on and keys removed and door open - still no warning alarm.. is there a way to fix this... cheers, OP
  15. yes the in-car light does come on as soon as I pull out the key and open the door...but there is no sound alarm when the parking light are left on... L(
