measure twice before you drill. -
Most Lupo tdi models were Sports, slightly lower and stiffer than the Arosa tdi, the one I had was kidnapped by my wife as it had an electric sun roof but we ran them side by side for a while
-
On a MK 1 and Mk 2 Golf GTI, the 16v version of which had 256 mm brakes, same as on the Lupo GTI

Window winders go through the steel of the door, not the cards -
I doubt they sold many

Colour will always be a problem though, more cat sick than hearing aid beige, but not nice and expensive to fix
-
Thanks

Hiya, anyone know where I can source these for my TDI

People have little choice in many parts of Britain, which is why they place these work camps in areas of high unemployment, my grandson managed a week in Swansea Amazon during the pandemic but left because of the lack of PPE, his mother was shielding.
-
You don't, they are slave camps

It's just a Polo, the only good ones were the G40's from two generations back

Get stainless flexi's, give it a good clean and paint with black waxoyl, don't use it when there's salt on the road, I'm lucky its fewer than a dozen days a year when its salted but in the Pennines it could be 5x that

Put them on your Lupo Sport, put the Lupo's wheels on the Polo, sell the Polo😇

£175

I've had mine remapped by a tuner in Llanelli on the recommendations of an enthusiast I know who had been disappointed with another local expert, I'm delighted with it, more torque better economy a delight to drive and as my wife had a Lupo Sport tdi at the same time the differences were palpable

Lovely colour, needs the Sports seats from the 100bhp sport model, they come in blue so are a decent match, invest in a remap not a chip, but only on recommendations as they very in quality

Re-Electric windows ’how to’

Fit manual winders, far less trouble, easy to fit only issue is finding them, measure twice before you drill the hole for the handle -
Synchro's go either side of 3rd gear too, looking at £500 for a rebuild, but yours is just noisy, change the gear box oil for a fully synthetic as a starter, that alone might fix it, if it doesn't start saving

Arosa Sport on ebay, well priced SEAT Arosa 1.4 100BHP 3dr Red 102416 Miles - Good Condition | eBay

Nasty, nowt wrong wi the toon

As long as the engine and gear box are fine most other problems are fixable, take care of your power steering hoses though as they are getting impossible to source
-
TDI and GTI have a hydraulic clutch, so avoid the pedal box issues that plague the other models, TDI just as fuel efficient but much more powerful and remappable
-
You'll be fine👍
