my mate made me a small bracket to bolt it the the original tow eye then cut a slit out of the tow eye cover on the bumper

Parts back from powercoating Stainless bolts to replace old ones New Powerflex bushes for the lower arms Engine mounts painted Gearbox painted Manifold repaired and rewrapped Painted fuel rail Engine cleaned and painted Cleaned bay Engine back in Amps Painted New tow strap What a busy winter least its all done now enjoy

Caliper seazed last weekend on the front so fitted a new one on Saturday with new discs and pads ready for gti spring fest! Over the moon to come away with a top 20 trophie and also best engine! Very shocked with that pics up asap due to lack of pc/laptop

Mot Till May No Tax 175K mostly motoway miles Bodywork in good condition for high miles, few marks n scuffs on the bumpers, arches and mirrors. Wheels are stained with brake dust. Interior in great condition just missing handles and surrounds on the sides of the seats but all complete on the inner sides. Runs well but may have suspected head gasket problem but im not sure been told it could be a faulty water pump, think it might need a few bushes as the front suspension knocks.
