Talking about rim width both 195/45 and 195/50 go/fit the same on 6.5j rim, because tyre is the same width (195) , isn't so? This is just question about touching the arches/rubbing, but as member Buckland shows, it is not a problem.

Any ideas if 195/50/R15 will go fine on standard 1.4 TDI Lupo (no modifications) or 195/45/R15 is the only option for R15 wheels (6.5j ) ?
  3. Hi All, Here is new member from Eastern Europe.I am driving 2002 1.4 TDi for 1.5 years and found this forum while searching for nice lupo wheels in internet
  4. Hello All, Bringing up the topic: Does anyone know if 15R 8J alloys with +30 offset will fiit standard 1.4 TDI Lupo (not lowered). Thinking about 195/45 or even (if fit) 195/50 tyres as well. Thanks!
  5. But regarding calculator here http://www.etyres.co.uk/tyre-size-calculator 195/50/R15 should be very similar to current 185/60/R14
  6. Hello All, I have 185/60 tires on my R14 (don't know the width) rims (I am driving 2002 y. Lupo 1.4 TDI). I am thinking about buying R15 (6.5 or 7 width) new alloys. Will 195/50 fit ok ? Very low profile tires is not suitable, because the roads are not good in my area, so I would like to keep the highest tire profile possible. Thanks
