  1. Hi, I have a normal 1.4 lupo I don't want to do any work to the arches and was wondering if I could fit 16" alloys, if so what size tyre would I need or if not then 15" alloys and what size tyres? If anyone has done it or seen it done, does it look worth doing? Thanks
  2. We want to give her the basic skills to drive and be able to control a car first then I'm going to get her driving for her birthday but I want her to be able to have the basic skills first then I'm getting her lessons so se can learn rules of the road more easily
  3. My girlfriend wants to learn how to drive but she doesn't have anyone over 21 to sit in the passenger seat, I don't want to risk her damaging any cars and want to stay out the way so does anyone know any really empty or abandoned roads or car parks in or surrounding kent for me, or post anywhere you know with it's location for everyone
  4. Oh right, not to worry about the bumpers then
  5. Hi, I don't know how to post in the classifieds but I have a black 1.4 lupo (T reg) and I'm looking for some gti bumpers, a decent set of coil overs and my tappets are loose, can I adjust them or do I need new ones? If so some tappets as well. So if anyone has: Black gti bumpers Decent coilvers Tappets And some cheap alloys How much for them? I am in kent so I can pick up in kent. Thanks
  6. I've got a 1.4 sport and I'm looking at converting the body to look like a GTI. can someone talk me through it? positives, negatives, what i should and shouldn't do? and how much would it cost roughly? thanks
  7. My lupo is whining mainly in 3rd and 4th. As I can afford for a garage to sort it does anyone know if replacing the pinion bearing is a job that I could do myself or not? If so where can I find a pinion bearing and how would I go about replacing it? I have a 1.4 lupo s Many thanks
  8. Everything about the corsa seems cheap, the lupo feels the opposite, I used to have to bump start te corsa about once a week , I've already watched a film through my stereo with the engine off and it's still showed no sign of struggling, it's feels so much better, but I did go from a car with no powersteering , I've just broken one of the passenger headlight clips though and looking for another one if anyone knows of one anywhere?
  9. Hello everyone, just introducing myself, I'm 17, a new driver and I've just upgraded from a corsa to a lupo, it needs a couple of little bits doing to it but it's so much better already
