  1. I stand corrected. Thanks The plates were black and silver. And my car isnt pre 73 or whatever the cut off is. And Rich, female officer
  2. Cos it wasnt for speeding lol Your days may be better but Im unsure as to whether civilisation would benefit.
  3. Or that i was a scenewhore and failed to remove my "illegal" plates But we can go with your ignorant assumptions. 0 points for humour, and again for insult! Good work!
  4. He chased me round half of the bloody route!
  5. Hiya, What condition is your gator in!? with the square plastic clip too if poss!
  6. For the first two years, if you get 6 points you lose your licence and have to retake(I just got mine back in November)But drink driving doesnt really incurr points
  7. Sorry i obviously meant if you are over the limit, its doesnt matter how long youve been driving, how old you are or anything, its still a ban I dont drink so no drink driving for me
  8. Its the same for any person. Depending on how they test you its: 80 milligrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood 35 microgrammes of alcohol per 100ml of breath 107mg of alcohol per 100ml of urine Punishment depends on the judge, and its those who will consider age/circumstance etc. before sentencing. But you can get: up to 6 months in prison a fine of up to £5000 a minimum of 12 months' disqualification (3 years minimum for further drinkdrive convictions!) Although doing this and killing everyone in your car is probably worse punishment.
  9. Nock, its a ban irregardless of anything, if your drink driving, your banned. I agree though, they wouldnt do you for underage drinking.
  10. my point was, a knife can kill. less likely a flash of headlights will, yet who gets taken to court and fined! Im with you Mitchell! That story was disgusting!
  11. I repassed mine in November. 4 minors first time, 2 minors this time! wooop Gutted for ya mate, get practicising and give it another go!
  12. I personally think he was a nice chap protecting people whilst the police went about their sneaky work. I do agree that surely he must have done more to end up in court, his excuse made me chuckle though. I have done it to warn others when the van is hidden etc or deliberately parked to catch people unawares. I think its funny that he would have got less punishment for just flying through the speed trap that for warning others of it. Its a shame that such a ridiculous thing gets taken to court. Yet they let people caught with knifes etc. off on a caution! Hmmmm British Justice!
  13. If it was you.. with your friend in the passenger seat... i was the girl in the 106 (its my sisters).... i was not checking you out... i was looking at the half done front bumper Seen you a few times.... will have to meet up with the loop's sometime! Aimee x
