Ooh, Do they cost a lot? Clutch Cable's /pedal boxes?

Hellooo... I've had my lupo for about 3 years now, I've had the gearbox and clutch replaced twice, but just recently, the clutch has got REALLY stiff.... To the point where the gearbox makes a horrible whineeeey noise (abit like when it's not in gear properly...?) as I lift the clutch up slowly when sat jn traffic.. But.. A few days ago I accidentally went through a ford In my low little loop, and the clutch loosened up... (Felt amazing to drive with a loose clutch) and it was working fine..but as it's dried...it's stiffened up again. Anyone know what I'll need to replace...as I have a feeling something's gunna break! Is their not some sort of oil that goes on/in somewhere to lube her up a bit? :/

I'll have a look, see what it looks like when it's done then, I've seen one just slammed with the standard steelies on...thought it looked crap. Haha was thinking about having them painted white... Not sure if that would look shitty or not. :/

I'm missing a wheel trim, wanted to get one so it looks half decent after it's been put on coilovers on Friday,so it's just until I get me some new wheels.... If anyone has a spare, willing to give a bit of money for one..

(I feel like this had probably been asked many times!) Im supplying the coilovers, and wondered how much I should be paying someone to fit them? I have been quoted near to £200 from one garage...... Sounds a bit much..? In the past I've been robbbbed by mechanics adding extra £££ to give themselves a bonus, probably because I'm female..so just wondering how much is a good much of a muchoness to be paying.. Ta v'mucho.
