  1. Yes @MattyB! Thanks for doing this. I've ticked the notification list box, so hopefully it will work...
  2. Yessss! I had the same problem. All fixed now, cheers @MattyB
  3. I understand the new update has brought some new features and that's fine and all, but why are notifications blocked for new comments and restricted only for e-mail? Don't take this the wrong way, but I don't want my e-mail to clogged up with notifications saying x amount of people have commented on this etc etc, when I have the forum loaded up most of the time. Can't we unblock the little notification thing as it's really useful to keep track of things I've posted commented on!
  4. Anyone who helps me with something I make sure I thank them at the time, not just at the end of the year with a PM! But I just thought it would be nice if people saw others nominating them and not just one person. Just shows people value the other members on here! I do know where you're coming from though. I've seen a lot of people sign up to the forum, ask a question which is often answered in great detail, for the OP to never show the slightest appreciation or revisit the forum again.
  5. Tbf I've been on here a while and didn't know how the nomination system worked. I don't see a problem with stating the three I listed above even if they have been put previously, as they had helped me out somewhat this year, then voting for one during the actual vote.
  6. It's legal if the same size wheel and tyres are on the same axle. For example you could run the 14's on the rear, with the 13's at the front no problem. It's only illegal when you start running different tyre sizes on the same axle (understandably). For example 175/65/13 on the front left and 185/60/14 on the front right.
  7. Fine.... My vote is below. Most helpful for me personally. mattarosa
  8. All of these lovely chaps would get my vote too!
  9. I've just Google'd exactly what you wrote and got the answer to the standard wheel dimensions right at the top of the page. This shows the wheel variatons, but the 6J Sport wheels were also on the TDI... In fact, someone has covered the topic on CL before... http://forums.clublupo.co.uk/index.php?/topic/62941-information-lupo-oem-standardaccessory-wheels/ So with this information, you can just type your current setup and new setup into www.willtheyfit.com and see what difference the new wheel makes. It not only shows how much bigger/smaller the new wheel is and how this might effect rolling diameter and you speedo, it also shows you if the wheel sticks out from the arches more/less and if it is closer or further from the suspension strut.

  11. Whilst on a trackday at Oulton Park last weekend (Friday the 13th... ), I unfortunately got in a 'little' fight with one of the circuits tyre walls, snapping my tie rod, track rod end and leaving me with really bad cosmetic damage (front bumper, front wing, door, rear quarter, front and rear lights). Here's the result... Luckily for me, I've got to know some great people over the last few years of driving/modifying so it's all going to be repaired back to how it was before. I've already bought all the replacement parts from my local MX5 parts dealer (apart from the rear quarter) which are going to be primed and painted by Dave at Deepcar Autobodies. Luckily the rear quarter wasn't damaged as bad as originally thought, meaning the dents can be pulled out, smoothed with filler, primed and painted. Quite a costly track day all in all!
  12. I have a complete set of light grey/blue seats complete with front and rear headrests. Where are you located?
  13. I'm not trying to burst your bubble, but it wouldn't be worth the effort. There's not enough people who frequently go on the forum to warrant getting anything new done. Also if you do get a bit of interest in something, the numbers would be fairly small, making it really hard to find a supplier who is happy to do items. Just to give you an idea, the last Club Lupo keyring I sold was the 1st September and June before that. My company made the keyrings, as I just wanted to do something for the forum and wasn't bothered about the money, but I can't see other suppliers being the same...
  14. Took the blue Mazda on it's first trackday at Blyton last week. Performed well, but needs the handling tweaking, as it was very tail happy and lacked overall grip front and rear. Really needs the alignment sorting with it being a lot lower than standard/since I bought it.
  15. I did, but the wrong car.. Might put the ROTA's on the Lupo though!
  16. Not really a keyboard warrior, just think for the extra £60 you might as well buy new
  17. This has to win an award for 'most retarded thread 2015'
  18. Just checking the keyrings are with you buddy?
  19. Nothing really happened on the Lupo front recently. Gave the old girl a clean over the weekend after neglecting her a bit and she still scrubs up well. Thinking about putting the bronze Stuttgart ST7's on the Lupo that I've taken off the old Mazda which has now been sold. It'll take a little work to get 8J ET25 under the arches, but shouldn't be too much trouble. I must say I do love the Centra's that are on now, so unique! Also I went to Edition 38 over the weekend in the MX5 (as you do when you have a Lupo on the drive haha) and took some pictures at a nearby lake!
