  1. Just realised I didn’t reply to this, standard injectors are 190cc. More than capable with mods I have.
  2. They are 501, i’ve tried so many different Cree LED bulbs and its hard yo get a good match. Depends on what Xenons bulbs you have as well

Those bolts are a pain in the arse for me as well, i think i may steal your idea next time i have to pull the box out👍🏼
  4. When it was dyno’d it was just a 4-2-1 decat manifold, Intake with a cold air feed and lightened flywheel. It’s now got a port and polished head, polished inlet manifold and Piper cams. I highly recommend a lightweight flywheel, my favourite mod for mine👍🏼
  5. As people say, 20-40bhp with the right mods. But it makes them a different car to drive, mines currently 141bhp and its a hell of a lot faster than a standard GTI. I’m hoping for 160bhp now the head and cams are on. The only guy i’ve found who will map these ECU’s is Wayne at Chip Wizards, mine goes to him on the 21st so i’ll report back then👍🏼
  6. Yesterday, me and a good friend of mine spent the day fitting the new parts to the Lupo. Port match and gas flowed head, polished inlet manifold and a set of Piper cams. Also had the cam cover and inlet powder coated black, looks much better IMO. I didn’t get as much pictures as i’d of liked but we just wanted to crack on. Took it for a run to London last night to give the cams some time to bed in. Car drives perfectly! Mapping is on the 21st November with Wayne at ChipWizards.
  7. You will notice a lot more engine breaking, i was quite surprised at how much!
  8. Maybe ever so slightly but i would never say its annoying, definitely not something i'd be worried about.
  9. I have the Epytec 2.9kg lightened flywheel on mine with a standard LUK clutch. Nothing else has to be changed. My favourite mod i’ve done, lets the car rev so much more freely. Highly recommend👍🏼
  10. I’d like to make the 160 mark but who knows! Do you know what yours is running?
  11. I’ve heard from several people that the GTI ones are good for 190-200bhp🤷🏼‍♂️
  12. Definitely no fault, i’m sure all of that will be dealt with when it’s getting mapped.
  13. Yeah i was pleased! Thats it, fresh engine rebuild a couple of years ago so that must take part
  14. So I took the car to a Local place called Hybrid Tune today to have it Dyno'd. Purely to see where i'm at before I fit all the parts. It made a healthy 140bhp and 121lb/ft. Really pleased with these numbers considering it is still on the standard map!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1B0HawE9dR
  15. I didn’t know the castor could be adjusted on these, handy to know for next time👍🏼
  16. Thanks! Sorry i thought i added the alignment sheet, i’ll put it in now!
  17. I went for OEM. Purely because i don’t want the ride being any stiffer than it is. Yeah it is a whiteline, glad you posted that as I couldn’t remember haha!
  18. Finally got the freshly powder costed rear beam back, so i got it all built back up today. Went and had the alignment done, came out spot on. car drives incredible now! Just waiting for the RARB brackets to turn up then that can go back on.

  20. Haha i’ll have it back tomorrow or Monday!
  21. Good condition, just swapped for a freshly powder coated one. £60 collected or arrange your own courier.
  22. I’ve tried different ones and still the same issue
