I'm am putting lupo lights onto my arosa will be a case of just straight swap, is wiring the same?

Driving home yesterday and then all of a sudden I just heard this weird knocking noise almost as if something was hitting the floor got home checked the underneath everything appeared normal sounds weird but front doesn't like solid

Spotted a silver lupo lowered on what looked like black steels the car had two stripes up the left side of the bonnet any one on here?

Does anyone know where I can get genuine complete wing mirrors from for my arosa can't find them anywhere, bought some from ultimate styling uk on eBay and there no good they don't fit properly! Can anyone help me? Cheers
